The ReliableBackup™ software sends your encrypted data to
our servers automatically every night. You don't have to do
anything after you've completed our easy installation.
ReliableBackup™ provides an easy, secure way to protect your data. Here's how it
works:

Install/Setup
First, you will need to install the software we provide on
your computer. Next, you will create a backup schedule.
Your backup schedule can be as simple as backing up the
same files each night or as complex as backing up a different
set of files each day of the week. Finally, you'll need
to choose a password for accessing your backups. In order
to protect your security, we will not store your password
on our machines. Once you complete these three easy steps
you won't have to do anything more -- the software does the
rest.

Backing up
Once you create your schedule, ReliableBackup™ will
automatically compress, encrypt, and send your files to
our secure servers. The protection of your information is
our highest priority. All your files are encrypted using
industry-standard methods before they ever leave your
computer. The only way anyone can access these encrypted
files is to have your password, which only you know. Your
files are so secure, even we will be unable to read
them without your password.

Verification
Unlike most services, which only notify you when
the backup is sent, ReliableBackup™ notifies you when
your backup reaches our server. Our software verfies that
we received all the backups on your schedule, and that
the file we received matches the file you sent. We do this
using only the encrypted version of the file - we cannot read
your information at any point in the process. If there is ever
a problem, we will contact you to resolve it as quickly
as possible.

Retrieval
Your backups will be available for retrieval at any time.
When you request a backup through the software, the encrypted
file will be sent to your computer. Once you enter your password,
the files will be decrypted, and in a matter
of minutes you can recover from any data disaster. |

To make sure you get the help you need at any time, a member
of our support team is available by phone 24 hours a day. If
necessary, we can send a technician to your office to install
