I want to thank you for protecting your data with ReliableBackup. I regret to inform you that we are shutting down our backup service as of June 30th, 2009.
We have enjoyed working with you, and we are glad that we were able to give you piece of mind these past few years. We have seen the online data backup industry transform from a fringe service to a commonplace commodity. Because of the changing landscape, it is no longer practical for us to continue offering this service.
We are writing this notice to give you time to secure your data in other ways. If you are still interested in continuing with an online data backup provider, we recommend www.carbonite.com. There are instructions on their site, and you are able to backup your critical data through them. If you have trouble, please feel free to contact me at rvm@reliabledatasystems.com.
